Another down the wire match from CSK, great day of cricket on a super sunday. CSK started off slowly scoring just 27 runs at the end of 6 overs, Rayudu and Raina ticking the score, it was Rayudu’s day coming down the order in this match and scoring 79 off 37 balls, in the end Rayudu and Dhoni accelerating to post a formidable score of 182. Bhuvi again proved to be more economical of the SRH bowlers but unfortunately bowled just 3 overs. Rashid khan again was expensive with the ball giving away 49 runs.
SRH started off losing wickets early, Deepak Chahaar doing the damage with some excellent bowling but a good come back from middle order batsmen for SRH but still not enough to get over the target in the end, Williamson again lead the side with another good batting performance taking the pressure and ticking the score after SRH were down with 3 wickets for 22 runs. Shakib and Williamson carried SRH well, captain Williamson played brilliantly again scoring 84 runs off 51 balls but Shakib fell in the 11th over, Yusuf started off from where Shakib left off, he made 45 off 27 balls but a miscued shot from Yusuf took the game away from SRH. At the end Rashid kept hopes for SRH until the last ball.
